RULES & RESTRICTIONS
MEMBERSHIP
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) relate to your membership in the 2026 Boulder Social Mug Club (“Mug Club”). By checking the consent box during the Mug Club sign-up process, or otherwise participating in the Mug Club in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in the Mug Club.
Eligibility. Mug Club Membership is limited to individuals only, and members must be 21 years of age or older. Memberships cannot be shared. Corporations or associations are not eligible to enroll. Boulder Social reserves the right to approve or deny any Mug Club application at its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason.
Transfer and Refund Policy. Mug Club memberships are not transferrable to other parties and subscription fees are non-refundable. For questions, please contact info@bouldersocial.com.
Gift Subscriptions. Unused Mug Club Membership gift subscriptions may be eligible for a return and refund. For inquiries, please contact info@bouldersocial.com. Once a gift subscription has been utilized and Mug Club benefits have been redeemed, the membership becomes subject to the no-refund policy mentioned above.
E-Club Subscription. By joining the Mug Club and providing your email address, you consent to receive promotional emails from Boulder Social and Stout St. Social. Our emails are the easiest way to stay in the loop on news, events, and all things Mug Club. Your information is never shared, and you may opt out at any time.
Expiration. 2026 Mug Club benefits expire on January 31, 2027.
USE OF BENEFITS
Member Verification. A valid digital or physical Mug Club membership card and a valid photo ID must be presented at each visit to redeem Mug Club benefits.
Personal Use Only. Membership benefits are intended for the registered member only. Sharing benefit discounts with others in your party is prohibited (except where noted).
Program Updates. Boulder Social reserves the right to change Mug Club benefits, and/or rules & restrictions at any time, in its sole discretion. Members will be notified of any such changes.

ALCOHOL-RELATED TERMS
Legal Drinking Age. By enrolling in the Mug Club, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase, receive, and consume alcoholic beverages, and that you are not otherwise prohibited from purchasing, receiving, or consuming alcohol beverages. You also confirm you will abide by the State of Colorado Statutes regarding responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages purchased for on-premise and off-premise consumption at Boulder Social (includes regulations concerning take-out purchases of beer (“Crowlers”).
Refusal of Service. Boulder Social reserves the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to any person in accordance with applicable laws.
Personal Use Only. Alcoholic beverages obtained through the Mug Club benefits are for personal use only and may not be resold.
TERMINATION
Fraudulent Use. Mug Club Membership and membership cards are non-transferable and cannot be sold to other parties. If a membership card is shared with, or used by, anyone other than the registered member, the membership will result in termination without refund.
Member Misconduct. Any misconduct, including violation of Mug Club Rules & Restriction or house policies, may result in termination without refund.
Termination of Your Mug Club Membership. Boulder Social reserves the right to revoke or otherwise terminate any Mug Club membership at any time, for any or no reason, at it’s sole discretion.
Termination of the Mug Club. Boulder Social reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to terminate the Mug Club at any time. In such event, members will receive a prorated portion of any Mug Club fees previously paid.

HOW CAN I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP AT THE END OF THE CURRENT MEMBERSHIP YEAR?
Members will be notified via email of upcoming renewal date, cost and instructions for renewing online or in store.
CAN I CANCEL MY 2026 MUG CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
Mug Club membership cost may not be refunded. If you have questions contact info@bouldersocial.com.
CAN I LET A FRIEND USE MY MEMBERSHIP?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. If a membership card is shared or used by another party, the membership will result in termination without refund. Your physical or digital membership card and a valid photo ID are required when redeeming member benefits.
CAN I GIFT A MEMBERSHIP TO A FRIEND?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE TROUBLE ACCESSING MY MEMBER PORTAL?

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD AND CROWLER PUNCH CARD?
Once you have completed your online membership sign up & payment you will receive your digital membership card via email (for in-store sign-up please allow 3-5 days for processing). Request your physical membership card and crowler punch card on your next visit.
HOW DO I REPLACE A LOST MEMBERSHIP CARD OR CROWLER PUNCH CARD?
If you need to request a replacement membership card or crowler punch card, please email info@bouldersocial.com. We will notify you when your new card is ready for pick up at Boulder Social. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to show a valid photo ID to receive your new card.

The Mug Club Member Appreciation Prize Drawing (“Prize Drawing”) is sponsored by Boulder Social, 1600 38th St., Boulder, CO 80301 (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility
The Prize Drawing is open to individuals 21 years of age or older who are present at Boulder Social during the Member Appreciation Happy Hour on August 21, 2026, from 3:00–5:00 PM.
Employees of Boulder Social and its affiliated restaurants, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter or win.
Mug Club membership is not required to enter or win.
How to Enter
Mug Club members attending the Member Appreciation Happy Hour may receive one complimentary entry.
Non-members may also receive one complimentary entry at Boulder Social during the Member Appreciation Happy Hour on August 21, 2026, from 3:00–5:00 PM. Non-members may request an entry form from their server or bartender.
No purchase, payment, food or beverage purchase, or Mug Club membership is required to receive an entry.
Limit one entry per person. Purchases and Mug Club membership do not provide additional entries or increase the odds of winning.
Winner Selection
Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Prize Drawing period.
The drawing will take place at approximately 4:30pm on August 21, 2026, at Boulder Social.
Entrants must be present at the time of the drawing to win. If a selected entrant is not present or does not claim the prize when announced, Sponsor may select another winner at random.
Prizes
The following prize(s) will be awarded:
GRAND PRIZE:
Certificate for one Complimentary Celebration at Boulder Social: Certificate valid for one Celebration at Boulder Social for 8-10 guests, up to a $500 value. Guests may order from Boulder Social’s regular menu during their celebration or, if preferred, pre-order platters in advance for the group. Celebration dates and times are subject to availability. Advance booking is required. Celebration must take place by December 31, 2026. Certificate must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented upon arrival. Certificate is valid for one celebration only and must be redeemed in a single visit. Any unused value will be forfeited and has no cash value. Certificate cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts or redeemed for cash. Any food or beverage charges exceeding the $500 certificate value must be paid on the day of the event. Certificate value may be applied toward food, beverages and applicable sales tax. Gratuity is not included. Boulder Social’s Group Dining Terms & Conditions apply. Certificate is non-transferable. ($500 Value).
2ND PRIZE:
Complimentary Social Beer 1/6 Keg Rental: Certificate valid for one 1/6 Keg rental, 1/6 Keg provides approximately 40 pints. Advance ordering and a scheduled pickup time are required. 1/6 Keg must be reserved and picked up by December 31, 2026. Pickup at Boulder Social is required. Rental includes one 1/6 Keg and tapping equipment. A valid credit card number is required for the 1/6 Keg and tapping equipment at the time of pick up. The card will only be charged if the 1/6 Keg and tapping equipment is not returned to Boulder Social. 1/6 Keg and tapping equipment must be returned within 7 days of pickup. Certificate is valid for one 1/6 Keg of your choice of available Social Beer. Beer selection is subject to availability. Certificate must be mentioned when placing the keg order and presented at pickup. Must be 21+ with valid ID to pick up the keg. Certificate cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and has no cash value. Boulder Social’s Keg Rental Terms & Conditions apply. Certificate is non-transferable. ($65 Value).
3RD PRIZE:
Two 21oz. Mug Club Mugs for personal use: Prize includes two Mug Club mugs for personal use at home. These mugs are keepsakes only and cannot be used at our location for Mug Club pours, refills, discounts, or any other Mug Club privileges. Mugs that are lost, stolen, damaged, or broken will not be replaced. ($11 Value).
Prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Prizes are non-transferable except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Any applicable taxes or other expenses not specifically included with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent these rules, submit multiple entries, provide false information, or otherwise interfere with the administration of the Prize Drawing.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Prize Drawing if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Prize Drawing from being conducted as intended, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration of the Prize Drawing and eligibility of entries are final, subject to applicable law.
