You can sign up for a membership through the link below, or in-person at Boulder Social. If you’re visiting in-person, ask a server or bartender for a member sign-up booklet to complete and process your payment.

WHEN DO THE 2026 MUG CLUB MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS EXPIRE?
The 2026 Mug Club membership is valid from February 2nd, 2026 through January 31st, 2027.
HOW CAN I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP AT THE END OF THE CURRENT MEMBERSHIP YEAR?
Members will be notified via email of upcoming renewal date, cost and instructions for renewing online or in store.
CAN I CANCEL MY 2026 MUG CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
Mug Club membership cost may not be refunded. If you have questions contact info@bouldersocial.com.
CAN I LET A FRIEND USE MY MEMBERSHIP?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. If a membership card is shared or used by another party, the membership will result in termination without refund. Your physical or digital membership card and a valid photo ID are required when redeeming member benefits.
CAN I GIFT A MEMBERSHIP TO A FRIEND?

HOW DO I UPDATE MY MEMBER PROFILE INFORMATION?
If you need to update your name, email address, phone number or other information listed on your member profile, please email info@bouldersocial.com.
HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT UPCOMING EVENTS & MUG CLUB EXCLUSIVES?
We will notify members of upcoming events and exclusives via the member portal and through our E-Club.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE TROUBLE ACCESSING MY MEMBER PORTAL?
If you have trouble logging into your member portal or accessing information on the portal, please email info@bouldersocial.com.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD AND CROWLER PUNCH CARD?
Once you have completed your online membership sign up & payment you will receive your digital membership card via email (for in-store sign-up please allow 3-5 days for processing). Request your physical membership card and crowler punch card on your next visit.
HOW DO I REPLACE A LOST MEMBERSHIP CARD OR CROWLER PUNCH CARD?
If you need to request a replacement membership card or crowler punch card, please email info@bouldersocial.com. We will notify you when your new card is ready for pick up at Boulder Social. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to show a valid photo ID to receive your new card.
WHY AM I RECEIVING BOULDER SOCIAL PROMOTIONAL E-BLASTS?
By joining the Mug Club and sharing your email address, you consent to receive Boulder Social & Stout St. Social’s promotional email messages. Our emails are the easiest way to stay in the loop on news, events, and all things Mug Club. You’ll receive an E-Club welcome offer for $10 off your next visit + a special birthday offer. Your information is never shared, and you can opt out anytime. HOW DO I OPT-OUT FROM PROMOTIONAL E-BLASTS?
You may opt out of Boulder Social & Stout St. Social’s promotional e-blasts at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional e-blast, or by emailing your request to info@bouldersocial.com.
